DataCopy Services meets stringent quality standards in our printing and mailing operations. We have incorporated QC checkpoints into our processing systems, and we use established procedures for auditing, collecting data from process checkpoints, and reporting results to our customers. Our Independent Quality Control Unit (IQCU) provides various quality-related services, including random sampling, quality inspection, and quality analysis and reporting. We conduct a formal test-run for each printing project, ensuring that the project will run smoothly when it is put in production. Automated equipment, such as printer-mounted cameras, automatic counters, and thickness detectors, are also used to ensure quality.
DataCopy Services routinely provides large-volume printing and fulfillment services within very short turnaround times. We manage a printing and mailing operation that processes more than 300 million sheets per year, with the majority of the work performed within 120 days. We peak-load both personnel and equipment to meet seasonal processing requirements.
Because of the sensitive nature of much of the information that DataCopy Services handles, we have comprehensive security measures in place at our processing facilities to prevent unauthorized access. DataCopy Services complies with the Department of Defense C2 security level, and we have passed comprehensive Internal Revenue Service security audits. Our printing and fulfillment services are performed in a secure environment. Physical security measures include electronic security service and access control; closed-circuit television monitoring systems; photo ID badge requirements for employees; registration, escort, and badge requirements for visitors; and on-site guard service, 365 days a year.
Because of the extremely large volume of printing and fulfillment DataCopy Services performs, we are able to offer these services very cost-effectively. We use ZIP+4 presorting, bar coding, and a nationally recognized mail accumulation vendor to provide the best postage rates for our customers.
